Shipping policy
Your order is packed in Berlin and shipped with DHL – usually within 1–3 business days after purchase. Orders placed on weekdays before 2 pm typically leave our workshop the same or next business day. We don't ship on weekends or public holidays. As soon as your parcel is on its way, you'll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking number by email.
Rates & Delivery Times
- Germany: €5 – free shipping on orders over €50 (1–3 business days)
- Austria: €10 (3–5 business days)
Packaging & Address
We pack our candles in recycled paper with cushioning, so they arrive safely. Materials are chosen to leave as little waste as possible – and what's left belongs in the paper bin. Please double-check your delivery address before completing your order; changes after dispatch are no longer possible. If a parcel is returned to us, we'll get in touch.
