These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases from Monoment Studio Berlin.
By placing an order, you agree to these terms in their current version.

— All prices are in Euro (EUR) and include VAT where applicable.
— Shipping costs are displayed at checkout.
— Orders become binding once you receive a confirmation email.
— Goods remain our property until full payment has been received.
— We are liable for material defects in accordance with German law; no liability is assumed for damage resulting from improper handling or storage.
— We currently deliver to all EU member states as described in our Shipping section.

Applicable law: The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany apply, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
